the location was certainly convenient, close to major attractions.

The room i was assigned had a noticeable musty odor. it was quite off-putting and detracted from the overall experience. also, the promised complimentary toiletries were missing upon arrival. I had to request them from the front desk and that was inconvenient.

i find the location amazing with various attractions within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful . i loved how quiet my room was despite it being in such a busy area. the bed was also very comfortable, so i slept well each night.

The location was indeed convenient (times square was so close!). The room was very clean. I appreciated the attention to detail. The staff were helpful. They provided quick assistance. I also liked how quiet it was, considering how busy the area is.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

The room was quite small. The advertised square footage seemed inaccurate. Housekeeping proved inconsistent , as some days the room was not cleaned until late afternoon. I also found the noise from nearby Times Square made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The hotel sits close to many attractions. The staff stored luggage with care and provided helpful information. I found the room clean upon arrival and cleaned each day.

The elevators was very small. It felt tight with two people and luggage. I found the Shower temperature difficult to adjust. It swung from hot to cold quickly, inconvenient.
